Solution Engineer – Enterprise Integration & Automation

The role of Solution Engineer – Enterprise Integration & Automation ensures the development, implementation, and operation of efficient automation and integration solutions. The aim is to automate business processes through the use of modern technologies, optimize system integration, and translate requirements into stable, scalable solutions. The role makes a significant contribution to increasing efficiency, ensuring quality, and driving the digitalization of business processes by analyzing requirements, creating technical concepts, and developing and operating solutions based on platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath. Main Tasks and Responsibilities - Analysis and preparation of technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders - Design and preparation of the technical implementation of automation and app solutions - Development, implementation, and configuration of automation solutions and applications in line with functional and non-functional requirements - Implementation and execution of tests as well as provision of test support - Creation of developer and test documentation in accordance with customer specifications - Support in the analysis and resolution of production incidents - Development of solutions based on Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath Required Experience - Experience in the development of automation solutions or apps - Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath - Basic knowledge in requirements analysis and technical design - Experience in implementation, testing, and documentation - Basic knowledge of incident analysis Core Competencies - Technical understanding of integration & automation - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Structured and quality-oriented way of working - Basic knowledge of testing & debugging - Independent way of working Additional Competencies - Knowledge of Azure / cloud - API and interface understanding - Basic project management skills - DevOps / CI/CD - Communication skills - Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (optional) - German language skills desirable 📍 CLT contract 🏡 Preferably hybrid work in Pomerode or Curitiba.
