We’re Looking For a Senior Revenue Solutions Architect with 5 years or more of CRM and/or ERP development experience.

Are you enthusiastic about HubSpot and experienced in B2B revenue operations, sales, or marketing? We’re seeking a Senior Revenue Solutions Architect to lead the design and oversee the implementation of advanced CRM strategies that drive client revenue and success. This remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere while mentoring team members and providing expert guidance in a supportive, values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead CRM Solution Design: Design and architect complex HubSpot-based CRM solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on optimizing B2B sales and revenue processes, aligned with our value of Innovation via Progress.
• Analyze Business Needs: Independently assess and define client workflows, identify sales-related pain points, and propose strategic solutions that enhance performance, embodying Stewardship.
• Oversee Project Execution: Own project delivery, managing resources, scope, and timelines, ensuring effective implementation while upholding our If You’re Not First, You’re Last commitment to excellence.
• Facilitate Integrations: Architect and manage the integration of CRM systems with complex client tools, including advanced data modeling, migration, and custom development.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary technical consultant, using your B2B sales experience to explain strategic solutions and gather feedback, reflecting You Never Walk Alone through teamwork.
• Deliver Training: Design and lead client training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of CRM solutions, emphasizing sales team enablement.
• Continuous Learning & Mentorship: Stay updated on HubSpot features, CRM trends, and B2B sales strategies, and mentor team members to improve processes and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Mandatory Technical Experience: 5+ years of experience in CRM or ERP development, architecture, or implementation.
• CRM Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar enterprise CRM/marketing automation platforms), with a proven history of designing and leading complex CRM solutions.
• B2B/Revenue Operations Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or revenue operations, with a proven track record of engaging clients and defining sales/marketing processes.
• Architectural & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex business and revenue processes, identify strategic opportunities, and design end-to-end technical solutions.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to own and lead complex, cross-functional projects, including scope management, risk mitigation, and timeline adherence.
• Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and connect with sales teams.
• Education: Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience leading client training or documentation, particularly for sales teams.
• Advanced understanding of data analysis or reporting tools for sales metrics.
• Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role combining sales and technical expertise.
• Deep understanding of Revenue Architecture and Predictable Revenue Models.
