What You'll Do Lead Solution Architecture Own end-to-end architecture design for complex Adobe Experience Cloud engagements. Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions. Design architecture across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Create integration blueprints, data models, identity resolution frameworks, and governance strategies. Drive Client Success Facilitate discovery workshops and architecture reviews. Serve as the primary technical advisor for client stakeholders. Present recommendations, trade-offs, and roadmaps in business-friendly language. Guide organizations through digital transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives. Shape Data, AI, and Personalization Strategies Architect audience activation, customer data, consent management, and identity strategies. Design solutions leveraging predictive decisioning and generative AI capabilities. Establish responsible AI governance and compliance frameworks. Evaluate emerging Adobe capabilities including Firefly, GenStudio, and AI-powered personalization solutions. Mentor and Enable Delivery Teams Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure successful implementation. Provide technical leadership and mentorship. Drive architectural quality, best practices, and solution consistency across engagements. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture. Proven success designing complex, multi-system customer experience solutions. Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time CDP Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies. Strong knowledge of data architecture, identity resolution, consent management, and governance frameworks. Client-facing consulting experience with executive and technical stakeholders. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office. The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $155,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
