Job Title: Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and client-facing teams to understand business challenges and technical requirements.

• Analyze root causes and recommend scalable solutions, integrations, automation, and product enhancements.

• Design, develop, test, and deliver production-ready solutions within short development cycles (1–4 weeks).

• Ensure solutions are properly reviewed, documented, and merged into core product codebases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or a related technical role.

• Experience working directly with customers, pre-sales teams, or product organizations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
