[募集概要] VSAM（Virtual Sales Account Manager）の技術的パートナーとして、高品質なリモートプリセールス技術支援を提供します。特定の製品に限定せず、ネットワーク、セキュリティ、オブザーバビリティを含むCiscoの全体的なアーキテクチャに基づいたソリューションデモンストレーションを実施します。教育委員会、自治体、医療機関などの公共・社会インフラ分野を担当するパートナーに対し、高度な技術的支援を提供することで、Ciscoソリューションの採用と導入を推進します。 [職務内容] スケーラブルな技術支援 : VSAMと密接に連携し、Web会議システムやCisco dCloud等のクラウドデモ環境を活用します。これにより、複数の顧客やパートナーに対し、効果的な技術プレゼンテーション、ソリューションデモ、Q&Aセッションを日々実施します。 アーキテクチャ提案の標準化 : GIGAスクール構想の次フェーズや、自治体における三層分離見直しの緩和（LGSS等）といった現代的なユースケースに合わせたリファレンスアーキテクチャ（標準提案テンプレート）を策定します。これらを社内およびパートナーエコシステムへ展開し、提案品質の標準化とスピード向上に貢献します。 パートナーSEの育成 : 広域を担当する地域パートナーの技術スタッフに対し、ウェビナーやリモートハンズオンワークショップを通じてスキル向上を支援します。特にセキュリティソリューション（XDR、SASE、Cloud Security等）の最新技術に注力し、市場におけるCiscoソリューションの競争力を強化します。 [必要な経験とスキル] 新しいことへのチャレンジ精神 高いコミュニケーション能力、コラボレーション能力を有する方 責任感・積極性を持ってお客様のためにプロアクティブな活動ができる方 ITインフラ、セキュリティのエンジニアとして3年以上の業務経験 シスコ製品・ソリューションに関する幅広い知識と経験 効率的に業務を行い、商談チームを技術面でリードできる方 英語（読み書き）によるコミュニケーションができる方 他のメンバーに対して共有をし、チームや組織の底上げに貢献できる方 グローバルチームとの連携経験 [望ましい経験とスキル] エンタープライズのお客様に対する担当プリセールス経験 サービスプロバイダー向け製品・ソリューションの取扱経験 ネットワークやセキュリティインフラの枠にとらわれず、経営視点での変革提案ができるスキル AI に関するベース知識や提案/構築経験 プログラミング能力 Purpose of the SE Role As the technical counterpart to the VSAM (Virtual Sales Account Manager), you will provide high-quality remote pre-sales technical support. You will conduct solution demonstrations that encompass Cisco's overall architecture, including Network (NW), Security, and Observability, rather than focusing on specific products. Your goal is to guide customers in resolving their unique technical challenges. You will specifically drive the adoption and deployment of Cisco solutions by providing advanced technical enablement to partners serving public and social infrastructure sectors such as education committees, local governments, and medical institutions. Key Responsibilities Scalable Technical Support: Collaborate closely with VSAM, leveraging cloud demo environments like web conferencing systems and Cisco dCloud. This enables you to conduct effective technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and Q&A sessions for multiple customers and partners daily. Standardize Architecture Proposals: Develop reference architectures (standard proposal templates) tailored for modern use cases, such as the next phase of the GIGA School Initiative (GIGA School Renewal) and the relaxation of three-tier separation requirements in local governments (e.g., LGSS). These templates will be disseminated across the internal organization and partner ecosystem, contributing to standardized proposal quality and accelerated proposal speed. Partner SE Enablement: Support the skill development of technical staff at local partners covering broad regions through webinars and remote hands-on workshops. Focus on Cisco's latest technologies, particularly security solutions (e.g., XDR, SASE, Cloud Security), to enhance the competitiveness of Cisco solutions in the market. Key KPIs Revenue Contribution from Supported Deals: Contribute to VSAM's quota achievement, aiming for $20M - $30M in Incremental Bookings annually. Why Cisco?
