Researches, documents, and resolves customer questions while providing technical support for core Indeed products and contributing to successful customer outcomes. Understands key sales engineering concepts, including sales cycle stages, business and technical champions, technical wins, and ownership of tasks that drive opportunity closure. Continuously develops professional expertise by completing required training, applying new knowledge, identifying skill gaps, and proactively pursuing growth opportunities.
