A global leader in purpose-built digital signage technology is expanding the team responsible for how partners integrate with their platform. Their media players are used worldwide across countless industries, and this role sits at the intersection of engineering, partnerships, and product.
The Role
This is a genuinely hybrid position combining hands-on engineering with direct partner relationships. The successful candidate will act as the technical voice within the company's partner ecosystem, owning the full lifecycle of custom integrations from initial technical discovery through design, development, and debugging. Responsibilities include building the documentation, reference implementations, and developer tools that help partners self-serve, as well as acting as the escalation point when issues arise.
What Matters Most
Customer facing experience is the priority for this hire. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys standing up for partners, chasing problems until they are resolved, and explaining complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A background in solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or partner engineering would translate well.
