At Binkies, we empower everyone to create awesome visual product content using 3D. As a dynamic, remote-first SaaS scale-up, our team consists of 30 incredible people from over 15 countries, all working from various locations across Europe.
With new product plans in the pipeline, we are looking to build our Customer Success team and are now looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer, with a special interest in Operations to help contribute to our success.
We are looking for a brilliant person to take on the below responsibilities
- Build and deliver robust experiences and ensure it continues to work well for our customers
- You'll build integrations using our very own (TypeScript) framework
- Provide customer support; answer questions and take support requests, ensuring integrations and content issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate records on our internal ticketing system.
- Triage incoming requests, adjusting ticket prioritization as required.
- Set process standards and monitor them, ensuring high and consistent quality.
- Project management for delivery of pilots, integrations and coordinate progress on cross team work.
- Take the lead in project coordination during flagship launches.
- Support overarching value add projects to ensure new value is delivered. (MERGE with the below) bullet point).
- Support overarching maintenance projects to ensure standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with Product Owner/team-lead to ensure pain points, improvement points in processes, tools, product, and integration technology are solved.
- Support and motivate the CS and wider teams to hit deadlines and stay on track.
A typical week might look a bit like …..
- Daily huddles with the customer success week - checking in on work progress.
- Weekly planning sessions with customer success - what are the priorities for this week?
- Weekly huddle with the whole company - gaining updates on team progress.
- SE Tasks:
- Onboarding new customers
- Making and QA-ing integrations
- Meetings with customers
- Launching integrations, upgrades, and pilots
- Operations tasks: (6 hours / week)
- Taking on support requests
- Triaging new tickets for SLA-response
- Backlog management
- Project management for ongoing projects
- Process improvement
What you bring to the table
Minimum experience requirements:
- 3 years of Solutions Engineer experience or similar.
- SaaS experience.
- Product development.
- Experience in delivering software to customers.
- Experience in collaborating with internal teams.
- Knowledge of working with databases
- Project management or coordination experience
