Summary Leads solutions management across the healthcare continuum, including clinical, pharmacy, wellness, and ancillary offerings. Oversees a team of Wellbeing Consultants and ensures effective sales enablement, retention strategies, and service delivery to achieve growth and client retention objectives. *This position is onsite for the first 6 months then will move to hybrid after the 30 - 60 - 90 - 120-day review. Description Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. You will work an 8-hour shift scheduled during our normal business hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM. This position is onsite for the first 6 months then will move to hybrid after the 30 - 60 - 90 - 120-day review. It may be necessary, given the business need to work occasional overtime. You may be required to travel between buildings. This role is located at 4101 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229 What You Will Do: Communicates effectively with Partner Plans managing mutual goals and objectives. Assesses and implements resource and training needs for Partner Plan staff. Establishes and maintains a highly visible field presence with staff to ensure staff and plan success Monitors marketplace regularly to identify trends in sales, competitors, BlueCross BlueShield Association initiatives and product design. Sends/shares data to senior management and Partner Plans for review on a regular basis. Establishes and maintains positive Partner Plan distribution channel relations. Manages working relationship with Partner Plans including legal, policy and procedures and issue resolution. Coordinates ongoing Partner Plan Meetings including but not to Executive Oversight or Steering Meeting, Quarterly and/or Semiannual Account Management Oversight, etc. Communicates regularly and effectively with staff and management regarding information pertinent to successful achievement of goals. Monitors performance metrics and distributes to Partner Plans. Completes all reporting requirements as outlined by senior management within specified time periods. To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need the Following: Required Education: Bachelor's degree Required Work Experience: 6 years sales and marketing experience to include 2 years management experience OR equivalent military experience in grade E4 (or above) Required Training: Current South Carolina Department of Insurance License or the ability to acquire within 4 months of date hired. Preferred Work experience : Three or more years of experience working with large National self-insured customers. Experience with clinical, ancillary, and digital solutions to support healthcare needs for employer groups and members.
