Is this job info correct?

Made Media designs and produces creative digital solutions for world-leading brands in the arts, culture, and entertainment space. We enable our clients to connect with the world; sharing their ideas, events, and passions with as many people as possible. As Solutions Strategist, you’ll report to the Strategy Lead, work closely with the Product Owner of Tessitura Integrations, and work with our clients around the world and our global team on a range of digital projects and products. Whether we're working on a new product, website project, mobile app, or campaign, you will uncover our clients' underlying business needs, propose solutions for them and kickstart the execution with cross-functional teams across the Made business. You will use your knowledge of Made Media’s services and products, as well as complementary third party solutions, and work to match client requirements to solutions using creativity, strategy, and technical understanding. The job will require you to coordinate and manage the creation of a variety of outputs from the discovery process on projects of all sizes for a wide array of clients. You’ll contribute towards multiple client engagements, each with its own deliverables and timeframes, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing your own workload, with an ability to focus on complex problems, process large amounts of written information and data, and work diligently to produce detailed documentation and technical approaches. We are looking for someone who is curious, that likes to understand the how and why, and is happy to ask questions. The Strategy team gets to the bottom of the problem and proposes long-term solutions that work not just today, but continue to add value as the organisation evolves and grows. This role is well suited to a generalist who can understand the wider business context whilst having detailed discussions. Practically, this will mean you will: Collect, process, analyse and document client business requirements, solicited via workshops, interviews, client meetings, desk research, and RFPs. Work with technical product owner/s and digital producers to translate these business requirements into technical requirements. Work with technical product owner/s, designers and developers, and use your own experience and skills, to propose new solutions that meet client requirements, and document these solutions in the form of work items for delivery. Work with clients to prioritise project requirements based on their business needs, budgets, and likely returns on investment. Work with digital producers to translate the requirements into project plans and schedules. Coordinate, with the input of digital producers, technical and design review of complex support requests and mini-projects convening the relevant experts at Made, and documenting the required work. Contribute, alongside digital producers and technical product owner/s, to the management of on-going projects by supporting designers and developers to deliver the agreed-on spec, working with clients through business/organisational change, and assessing work/design quality during the QA process. Participate in discovery sessions with clients on projects of all sizes. Debriefing with the Strategy team following a Discovery Workshop and supporting the creation of the requirements. Facilitating and potentially leading workshops focused on digital transformation, digital marketing, and technology planning, both internally and with clients. Practicalities: This role will be remote, but you must be based somewhere in the United Kingdom*. You must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom, without sponsorship. This role will require occasional travel, domestically and internationally. * We can also consider applications from people based in other locations, if you have appropriate work authorisations for the country in which you will be based. Please contact us for details of relevant salary information and benefits. Regardless of location you will be expected to align some of your working hours with either the UK or East Coast of the US. Requirements Essential The successful candidate will demonstrate most of the following in their application: At least three years’ experience working in roles involving digital products. An ability to discuss digital development, product design, and user experience with a range of stakeholders. An ability to work with a multi-skilled and specialised team, including designers, developers, digital producers, and digital analysts. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly about complex business processes and technical solutions. Confident data analysis and interpretation skills. Attention to detail, especially related to technical and user requirements. An ability to self-motivate and work remotely. Desirable The successful candidate is also likely to have at least one of the following: Experience working with the arts, culture, entertainment or other sectors focused on providing in-person experiences. Experience working with leading ticketing and fundraising CRMs, such as Tessitura and Spektrix or other sector-specific technology platforms. Experience working in a digital agency or other marketing services business. Experience of workshop facilitation as part of the digital strategy development process. Experience using project and product management platforms, such as Teamwork or Jira. Closing Date We will keep this position open for applications until at least Sunday 19th July 2026 after which time we will assess applications on a rolling basis.
