Pay Range :- 55.00/hr- 60.00/hr.

We are seeking a highly motivated GTM Sourcer/Recruiter to support hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and other Go-to-Market organizations. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing passive talent, building strategic talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced technology environment

Key Responsibiliti

• es3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience supporting GT
• M.Manage full-cycle recruiting and sourcing for Go-to-Market (GTM) position
• s.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting strategie
• s.Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring need
• s.Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, networking, GitHub, and other sourcing platform
• s.Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, business acumen, communication, and cultural fi
• t.Coordinate interviews and maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring proces
• s.Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talen
• t.Conduct talent mapping, competitor research, and market intelligenc
• e.Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS
