Join our Team and advance your career as a Sourcing Lead - HSSE In this role You will: Execute CHWCRM sourcing strategies in alignment with business objectives and company policies. Conduct analytical reviews to identify cost savings, value creation and process improvement opportunities across the CHWCRM supply chain. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contract creation, negotiation, handover, implementation and ongoing contract management. Lead negotiation planning and preparation for CHWCRM agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions. Collaborate effectively with German-speaking customers, suppliers and business partners. Proactively manage supplier relationships, foster collaboration and drive supplier performance improvements. Use agile core practices and tools to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions. Apply strong business acumen to understand CHWCRM requirements and optimise procurement processes. Support supplier selection processes by evaluating suppliers against established criteria. Demonstrate self-leadership, initiative and accountability in daily tasks and projects. What You will need to be successful: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sourcing or procurement within Chemicals, HSSE, Waste Water Treatment, Catalysts, Remediation Management or related categories Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and sourcing processes. Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations and contract management. Proven partner management and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels. Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritise and handle complex projects simultaneously. Proficient in relevant procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications.
