Sourcing & Production Merchandiser – RFID Cards & Wristbands (Guangdong, remote)

AccesioID is a European brand of RFID wristbands, badges and cards for events and venues, part of a Hong Kong-based group with 11 years in smart cards, hotel key cards and RFID products for clients in Europe and Australia. We are lean, fast and growing, and we are opening our first position in China.

The role

You will be our person on the ground in Guangdong, working directly with the founder (based in Europe). You will:

• Place and follow up production orders with 3–4 card and wristband factories in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Dongguan
• Control specs, samples, artwork and encoding profiles before production
• Do in-line and final QC at factories, with photo reports
• Coordinate consolidation and weekly shipments with our freight forwarder
• Negotiate prices and lead times, and qualify new suppliers
• Keep production files, supplier records and order status up to date
• Cover Australian client hours when needed (morning China time)

What we're looking for

• 5+ years as foreign trade merchandiser, order follow-up or sourcing in PVC/RFID cards, smart cards or similar products
• You know how a card factory works: materials, chips, printing, encoding, packing
• Working English, written and spoken (daily communication with the founder)
• Comfortable working alone, remotely, and going to factories 2–3 days a week
• Organized, direct, and honest. You tell us the problem before it becomes one

What we offer

• Salary 15,000–22,000 RMB/month depending on experience, plus annual bonus on delivery and quality

• Remote work, no office, no 996. You manage your own time around factory visits
