Sourcing Specialist

The heart of the role We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic International Procurement Hub (IPH) in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will manage and execute sourcing activities for our indirect procurement needs across our group companies and in collaboration with the central Category Management team. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver cost-effective sourcing outcomes, build strong supplier relationships, and ensure a reliable and transparent procurement process. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sourcing approaches aligned with business objectives. Utilize AI-driven tools to streamline the tendering process, from specification analysis to supplier selection. Manage the end-to-end tender process, including RFP/RFQ development, bid evaluation, supplier and contract negotiations. Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers across Europe to expand our supply base. Conduct comprehensive supplier market research to ensure competitive and reliable sourcing options. Proactively identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve sourcing efficiency. Maintain and nurture relationships with key suppliers to support long-term partnerships and consistent service quality. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide sourcing support and advice. Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost savings to management. What makes you beat Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: At least one year of experience in procurement, with an understanding of procurement and accounting processes. Skills: Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management. Strong communication and advisory skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment. Fluency in English; German is an advantage. Experience with AI-supported procurement tools, SAP, or similar platforms is an advantage.
