Role Description The Sourcing Team Leader is a full-time hybrid role based in West Bengal, India, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the end-to-end sourcing and recruiting process, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring for manpower and logistics operations. Daily responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, partnering with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, and guiding a sourcing team to meet hiring targets. The Sourcing Team Leader also supports employer branding initiatives, optimizes sourcing channels, tracks recruitment metrics, and ensures a consistent, inclusive candidate experience.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Experience with Hiring and Interviewing processes, including structured interviews and assessment of role fit.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding practices to attract and retain talent in competitive markets.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring recruiting or sourcing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, coordinating onsite and remote activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or manpower services domains is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
