Singapore | 3 months fixed term contract Role Summary This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing APAC team working with some of the world's leading financial institutions. As an Analyst, you will be learning whilst working for Delta Capita's clients, in a fast-paced environment with support and training provided. You will be placed on a project with one of Delta Capita's clients within Delta Capita's Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team, with a specific focus on Source of Wealth (SOW) and Source of Funds (SOF) remediation. This is an exciting and varied opportunity for anyone looking to build on existing KYC exposure within financial services. The Role and Responsibilities Your day to day may vary depending on which projects you are assigned to. Below are examples of the types of activities you may engage in on a project: Standard-skilled resources to support activities such as data entry, digitising paper records into the system, and other administrative remediation tasks, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed on progress or bottlenecks. Escalation to the appropriate teams where information cannot be sourced or provided, or where prior exceptions have been granted. Sourcing of data from approved public sources using the methods outlined in policies and procedures. Investigating and evidencing Source of Wealth and Source of Funds for individual and corporate clients, including salary income, business ownership, investment portfolios, inheritance, property sales, and other legitimate wealth-generating activities. Reviewing and reconciling supporting documentation (bank statements, tax filings, audited financials, business valuations, sale agreements) against the client's declared wealth narrative to identify gaps or inconsistencies. Assessing and documenting risk rationale in line with client AML/CFT policy, escalating adverse media, PEP linkages, or unexplained wealth discrepancies to Compliance or the MLRO function as required. Producing clear, audit-ready case narratives that articulate the SOW/SOF conclusion, evidentiary basis, and any residual risk factors, to a standard that withstands regulatory and internal QA review. Working within case management and workflow tools (e.g. Fenergo, Encompass, NICE Actimize, Pega, or client-proprietary systems) to progress cases through remediation queues within agreed SLAs. Applying jurisdiction-specific regulatory context (e.g. MAS Notice 626 in Singapore, HKMA guidance in Hong Kong, AUSTRAC CDD requirements in Australia) when assessing source of wealth adequacy. Job Requirements Skills and Experience As an Analyst, you will have: A relevant Bachelor's degree within Finance, Banking, or a related discipline, with 2 years of Corporate KYC/CLM exposure, including direct or supporting experience in Source of Wealth or Source of Funds remediation. Internship experience within Finance or Banking. Working knowledge of AML/CFT principles and FATF-aligned due diligence standards, and an ability to apply these practically to complex client structures (trusts, holding companies, multi-jurisdictional entities). Familiarity with adverse media and PEP screening outputs and how these inform SOW/SOF risk conclusions. It would be great if you: Are passionate about solving complex problems. Have excellent attention to detail, particularly in reconciling financial documentation against wealth narratives. Have in-depth knowledge of Excel, and are comfortable working with high case volumes under production-style SLAs. Are articulate, collaborative, and communicate effectively, including drafting narrative case rationale for review by senior compliance stakeholders. Are self-motivated with high levels of resilience, enthusiasm, and drive for success within an entrepreneurial business. Are committed and not afraid of new challenges. Enjoy changing environments that provide multiple learning opportunities. How We Work Delta Capita is an equal opportunity employer.
