Job Description Specialist Application Development Frontend Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für die Ent- und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen Definition, Einführung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessstandards und Guidelines Definition, Erhebung und Analyse von Prozesskennzahlen (KPIs) und Service Levels Überwachung der Prozesskonformität sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Qualitätsprüfungen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Vorgaben sowie regulatorischer und gesetzlicher Anforderungen (z. B. DORA, ISO 27001) Abstimmung mit Infrastruktur-, Security- und Applikationsteams Pflege der Prozessdokumentation und Sicherstellung der Audit- und Revisionssicherheit Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung als Prozessmanager, idealerweise in den Bereichen Patch-, Change-, Incident- oder Problem Management ITIL 4/5 oder COBIT Zertifizierung von Vorteil Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban etc.) und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams Starke Präsentationsfähigkeiten zur verständlichen Vermittlung komplexer Inhalte Kommunikationsstärke, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und dem Austausch mit verschiedenen Teams Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
