Responsibilities Purpose of the Role Support analysis of defects between Plant team and designers, Guide and priorize the solving of defects with designersReport on a regular basis with design team the situation on Quality convergence at Projet and Plant top Management levelCoordinator of his work group with Designers as Pilot of actions. Job ResponsibilitiesLessons Learned are followed up with design : put in place related KPI, trigger escalation on issuesBring his experience to the table when design gauge, control toolsMake sure of proper quality measurement on his perimeter (control referential, training, naming of defect in SAP system)Give Quality assesment in the Packaging validation processImplement and animate with related designer GSF workgroup to make synthesis of Quality convergence for the perimeter from Industrial phaseSynthesis of defects measurment (Defect tracking : DVX, IQX …)Support analysis of defects between Plant team and designers, guide and priorize the solving of defects with designersReport on a regular basis with design team the situation on Quality convergence at Projet and Plant top Management level.Make sure of implementation of specific tools linked to activities of his perimeter (control equip, rework tools, test bench update and tuning Give feedback and make improvement with designers help of RMIQ and RQPTrain and support the technicians in charge of final PPAP grid evaluation for Quality Engineering to make sure of global level of expectancyProcess of coordination of Defects and Assembling issues, from trial (VRS) phase, In charge of intial training of serial life team for his perimeter (investigation and rework, control, Quality Engg. technicians) in particular for item related to the new product.Ensure the right preparation for parts in his technical perimeter using data from PLM Essential skills B.E. / B.Tech./ Diploma. Desired skills a) TechnicalPerform complex problem solving with respect to dimensional accuracy, fit and function in all areasImplements the detection plan ensures the implementation (with the support of the Project) Knowledge of the organizations Project (Technical and Quality) and Quality Life Handle needed technics as faro arm and laser tracker for measurements,Perform failure analysis on manufacturing processes and non-conformances,Utilization of 3D CAD software for inspection and data acquisition with CMM software applications.Expertise in conducting dimensional studies using 3D scan data and interpretation of pointDesign Stackup study analysis, MAPIEX study analysisShould hold LMV driving Licence and driving experience.Develop & implementing the test procedures / WIS.Hands-on experience in MS Office.
