Job Description SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Specialist – HR Operations plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and responsive employee and candidate experience, with a strong emphasis on handling employee inquiries and providing frontline support across HR systems, including Workday. This role ensures timely resolution of system-related issues and supports operational excellence through accurate data entry, integrity, and auditing with a high attention to detail and world-class customer service. In addition, the Specialist will actively support the deployment of the new enterprise Case Management tool, partnering with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to enable end-to-end workflow automation and enhance operational efficiency. A key responsibility will be to establish and build a scalable knowledge base to support the tool’s adoption, improve self-service capabilities, and ensure consistent documentation of HR processes and policies. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide first-line support for employees and HR Technology systems by managing shared email inbox, chat and case management inquiries and cases with guidance by HR Operations Leader as needed. Initiate and approve Workday transactions for designated geographies. Review and audit Workday and other HR system data to ensure integrity and accuracy with guidance by the HR Operations Leader. Support the overall employee experience and execute onboarding operations support to include but not limited to: Collect new hire onboarding documents, ensure completeness and upload them to Workday. Enter new hire information in Workday using the Personnel Information Form (PIF). Enter data and process one-time payments for new employees as required. Maintain organizational structures, locations, and other system solutions within HR Technology platforms. Support annual HR processes, including annual benefits enrollment, performance review, and compensation review.
