Specialist III, Experiential Learning Placements

About the Role Nightingale College is looking for a Specialist III, EL Placements to help secure the clinical and rotational spaces our nursing learners depend on to move forward in their education. This role focuses on sites with standard onboarding requirements, working hand-in-hand with a Specialist I to keep both learners and sites compliant and ready. You'll be a key link between our learners, our partner sites, and the cross-functional teams that keep everything running — someone who thrives on coordination, clear communication, and getting the details right the first time. What You'll Do Perform placement coordination for sites with standard onboarding requirements, securing rotational spaces for learners. Partner with Specialist I to support learner compliance and onboarding processes. Maintain communication with sites to ensure satisfaction and compliance with college policies. Conduct real-time outreach to new sites and maintain year-round outreach to ensure placement availability. Monitor rotation needs by course, skill level, and geographic location of partners and learners. Complete pre- and post-semester projects and ongoing functional tasks as assigned. Provide real-time updates to credentialing and other cross-functional teams regarding learner status. Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to support alignment across Academic Operations. Utilize portals and technology tools to ensure consistent, accurate communication and data integrity. Support onboarding communications and provide assistance to learners as needed. What You Bring Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or associate degree with additional certification At least 1 year of experience in experiential learning placements, credentialing, or education operations Experience staffing, scheduling, and managing multiple learners across different sites Strong professional communication and correspondence skills Demonstrated experience providing high-quality customer service Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant portal or CRM tools Why Nightingale At Nightingale, this role isn't just administrative coordination — it's the connective tissue that gets learners into the clinical experiences that shape their careers. Budgeted Hiring Range $29 — $31 USD All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will cover travel, lodging, and other accommodations.
