Job Description Specialist Legal Your Tasks Legal support for the insurance and reinsurance business of our internationally operating industrial segment Review and drafting of insurance and distribution contracts in German and English, in particular with a focus on Cyber, D&O, Energy, Crisis Management, Delegated Authority US und Delegated Authority Europe (e.g. agency contracts, broker contracts, insurance policies and reinsurance contracts) Review and drafting of contracts in the context of cooperation with external loss adjusters (TPAs) Cooperation with our colleagues in our international branches Legal support in judicial and extrajudicial legal proceedings Supporting the legal team in all areas that arise Your Profile Expertise in insurance contract and insurance distribution law German fully qualified lawyer or comparable foreign qualification Willingness to familiarise oneself in depth with international insurance distribution law Pleasure in familiarising oneself with unfamiliar and international topics and issues Ability to work in a structured and independent manner Willingness to work in an international team Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
