Patients are at the heart of everything we do. Aortic stenosis impacts millions of people globally, yet it often remains under-diagnosed and under-treated. Edwards’ groundbreaking work in transcatheter aortic heart valve replacement (TAVR) pioneered an innovative, life-changing solution for patients by offering aortic valve replacement without the need for open heart surgery. Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. It’s our driving force to help patients live longer and healthier lives. Join us and be part of our inspiring journey. How you’ll make an impact: THV Medical Affairs team partners closely with proctors, KOLs, consultants, and crimp nurses to support Proctoring, Training, Consulting, and Crimping activities. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Health Care Professional (HCP) agreements and related tasks for HCPs, Health Care Organizations (HCOs), and other external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for payment processing and help streamline workflows and processes within the team. The key responsibilities will be: Manage the full lifecycle of HCP agreements, including Proctor, Consulting, Advisory Board, and Crimp Nurse Service agreements. This includes drafting contracts, coordinating legal reviews, and processing payments in line with contract terms. Prepare and manage engagement letters (one‑time agreements) for HCPs participating in Medical Affairs activities such as proctor webinars or congress speaking engagements. Define HCP service scope and handle related operational activities: process invoices, track costs, verify service delivery, monitor budgets, and address complex issues. Monitor contract expirations and collaborate with HCPs/HCOs to ensure timely renewals in accordance with requirements. Review all contracts for compliance with internal guidelines, ensuring proper approvals and signatures, and collaborate with regional and country teams on HCP contract management processes. Support documentation activities related to Quality requirements. Provide Proctor Portal support to ensure an optimal user experience for THV proctors. Manage incoming requests from the field teams related to proctor and crimp nurse needs in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to Proctoring activities. This is a temporary role until end of March 2027 based in the Czech Republic; the role can be remote or hybrid. What you'll need (Required): University degree and 4 years of relevant work experience in Medical Affairs or similar Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus What else we look for (Preferred): Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or pharmaceutical industries is preferred Strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying and correcting errors Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities, including a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions. Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior external partners.
