The Specialist, Product Commercialization will be responsible for project management support for key business Product Maintenance, Graphics Refresh and Cost Savings projects related to Finished Goods Accountabilities: Provides project management leadership to support the delivery of all assigned projects. Develops project plans with input from all functional partners. Manages timely progression of various projects. Prepares and maintains clear and accurate communication and project documentation. Present crucial project updates and timelines to Manager Lead weekly Commercialization Meetings with cross functional team. Coordinate packaging preproduction process from Design Frozen to Art Release to printers. Key Metrics & Financial Targets: 1.Provide flawless commercialization support of Mark Anthony initiatives. 2.Deliver projects within scope, time, cost and quality requirements. 3.Managing multiple relationships both internally and externally. Own: Project Management / Product Commercialization Develop and execute project plans Infuence: Efficient project execution. Risk mitigation / issue resolution Critical Relastionships: Brand Development Managers, Brand Managers, Compliance, MAB PMs, Creative Directors, Liquid Development Team, Master Data Skills Needed To Be Successful: Highly communicative and focused on pre-emptive problem solving with strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with attention to detail. Quickly identifies issues and able to prioritize as needed. Identify timeline conflicts or risks and successfully manage through basic timeline challenges. Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic business environment and deliver across multiple priorities. Compensation: Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
