Specialist - Scrum Master

Specialist - Scrum Master Location - Pune. Role Purpose As Specialist - Scrum Master at Accelya, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach engineering teams on Scrum practices and drive continuous improvement in delivery velocity and quality. Duties & Responsibilities • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for assigned engineering teams, ensuring they are productive and driving genuine improvement • Coach team members on Agile and Scrum practices, building capability and discipline • Use Jira AI and Azure DevOps AI for sprint analytics and predictive velocity forecasting • Use generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Miro AI) for retrospective analysis and improvement tracking • Remove impediments, coordinating with management and other teams • Track and communicate delivery metrics including velocity, sprint goal achievement and release burndown • Contribute to the Scrum Master community of practice Required Experience & Skills • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience • CSM or equivalent certification • Proven ability to coach teams on Agile practices • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field Preferred Experience & Skills • Experience with Jira AI or Azure DevOps AI for intelligent sprint analytics and automated reporting • Use of generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Miro AI) for retrospective facilitation and improvement tracking • Knowledge of how SAFe or similar scaled Agile frameworks apply in airline software product delivery • Familiarity with how leading providers including Amadeus and Sabre structure Agile delivery for airline software What do we offer? • An open culture with a creative and challenging opportunity to satisfy your intellectual needs • Flexible working hours • Smart working: a hybrid remote/office working environment • Work-life balance • An excellent, dynamic and multicultural environment to work in About Accelya Accelya is a leading global software provider to the airline industry, powering over 200 airlines with an open, modular software platform.
