Credit Card Specialist Apply! What you’ll do: Monitor portfolio performance and analyze customer behavior. Analyse data, identify trends and anomalies and translate data into recommendations. Optimize customer journeys and onboarding experience. Support credit card acquisition campaigns and promotions. Coordinate product communications (CRM, website). Support product development, testing (UAT), and implementation. Manage product documentation and ensure product compliance. What we’re looking for: Experience in financial services (cards experience is a plus). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Understanding of campaigns and product lifecycle.
