【岗位亮点】 前沿技术: 专注于语音大语言模型和下一代 ASR 技术,推动语音理解和生成领域的创新。 核心影响: 直接参与公司语音智能和音频处理平台旗舰产品的研发。 专家协作: 与语音 AI 和大语言模型领域的世界级研究人员和工程师并肩工作。 全面覆盖: 研究涵盖 ASR、语音生成、说话人分离、音频编解码器以及语音-语言模型集成。 【工作职责】 基于大规模模型(Transformers、Conformers、类 Whisper 架构和 Speech LLMs)设计和开发先进的语音算法。 在以下关键领域主导或参与研发和部署: 自动语音识别(ASR): 开发适用于多语言和多口音场景的鲁棒端到端 ASR 系统;优化超低延迟的流式 ASR;实现上下文感知和个性化语音识别。 语音生成: 推进具有说话人自适应能力的零样本 TTS;开发具有情感和韵律建模的可控语音合成;创建语音转换和跨语言语音生成系统。 说话人分离: 构建适用于多说话人场景的最先进说话人分离系统;开发 ASR 和分离联合模型;实现实时说话人跟踪和识别。 语音大语言模型: 设计和训练语音-文本多模态 LLMs;开发具有推理能力的语音理解模型;创建多语音任务统一模型。 神经音频编解码器: 开发用于超低比特率传输的高保真神经音频编解码器;针对语音特定应用优化编解码器;实现语音特征的可学习压缩。 紧跟学术界和工业界的最新进展,推动突破性技术在生产系统中的应用。 监督大规模语音模型的模型训练流程、性能优化和部署策略。 【任职要求】 计算机科学、电气工程、语音处理或相关领域博士学位。 具备扎实的语音信号处理理论基础,在深度学习方面有深厚的专业知识,特别是在序列建模和生成模型方面。 精通 Python,熟练掌握至少一种深度学习框架(PyTorch、TensorFlow、JAX)。 【优先条件】 在 INTERSPEECH、ICASSP、NeurIPS、ICML、ACL、IEEE TASLP 或 Computer Speech & Language 等顶级会议或期刊上发表过论文。 具有大规模模型训练的实践经验,包括语音基础模型、多模态 LLMs 或自监督语音模型。 在大规模部署语音 AI 系统方面有成功记录,具有模型压缩和边缘部署经验。 具有用于大规模训练的语音语料库创建、标注和质量评估经验。 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
