Speech Pathologist Team Leader

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist with proven leadership experience to join our Canberra team, supporting Speechie clinicians and participants across the region. In this role you will: Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes Provide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career clinicians, alongside operational support. Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings. Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals Supporting team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS compliance What's in it for you?
