About the Role🎯

We are seeking an experienced SPFx Lead Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and Power Platform integrations. This individual will play a key role in technical leadership, architectural design, solution delivery, and mentoring development teams while collaborating with business stakeholders and clients.

What you’ll do🔧

• Lead the design and development of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions using SPFx.
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.
• Develop custom SPFx Web Parts, Extensions, Application Customizers, and Adaptive Card Extensions.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Azure AD, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in effort estimation, technical planning, and solution architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft 365 governance, security, and performance best practices.

What we’re looking for🕵️

Experience

• Experience in Software Development, SharePoint Online Development and SPFx Development

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge in: SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS
• Experience leading technical teams

Desired Skills

• Experience in Power Apps. Power Automate, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, PnP Framework, PnP PowerShell
• Microsoft Certifications

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills (English required).
• Collaboration and teamwork.
