SpinaliS is the patented, medically approved active-sitting chair, designed and manufactured by Ham d.o.o., a family-run company in Ljubljana, Slovenia, with over two decades of history behind a genuinely differentiated product. We're expanding our European Partner network, and we're looking for someone who'd rather build equity in their own territory than sit inside someone else's org chart.
You'll get an exclusive patch of 2-5 million people, a proven product, and full autonomy to find, qualify, and launch SpinaliS Partners - physiotherapists, ergonomics specialists, rehab/orthopaedic clinics, select B2B office suppliers. No corporate script. No micromanagement. Your pipeline, your pace, your upside.

What you'll do?
- Prospect, qualify, and convert Partners end-to-end (first contact → Shop-in-Shop setup → training → regular ordering)
- Travel your territory (3–4 quality meetings/day), fully expensed
- Keep a live Trello pipeline, report after each trip, join a short monthly HQ call
The upside is real, not capped.
- Fixed monthly honorarium as a safety net: €1,000–1,500 (Bronze/Silver/Gold tiers)
- 7% commission on every Partner you bring to life - first 12 months
- A hand-over premium after year one (10% if you're still active, 5% if not) - you get paid for what you built even after you move on
- Full travel expenses covered - the risk you're taking is on effort and results, not your wallet
Who thrives here?
