We are currently looking for a Sport Manager to join our team and help create engaging events that bring people together and strengthen our company culture. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver internal and external sports events, including tournaments, competitions, company participation in marathons, and other sporting activities. Design, implement, and develop corporate sports and wellness programs for employees. Drive employee engagement in sports initiatives and foster an active internal sports community. Organize and coordinate internal corporate events in collaboration with the team. Coordinate coaches, sports venues, and external vendors. Manage event logistics and ensure the smooth execution of all activities. Plan and monitor budgets for sports programs and events. Prepare reports and analyze the effectiveness of sports initiatives and events. What We’re Looking For Proven experience organizing sports events and/or corporate events. Understanding of how to develop corporate sports programs and encourage employee participation. Experience working with external vendors, including venues, coaches, and event organizers. Strong planning, budgeting, and multi-project management skills. Ability to manage timelines, prepare briefs, and maintain project documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A genuine interest in sports will be considered an advantage.
