The project
We're looking for a Sprinklr CCaaS Implementation Consultant to join the Portugal team of Switzerland's largest private telecommunications operator.
You'll take end-to-end ownership of the Sprinklr CCaaS platform, driving its evolution across multiple brands while shaping chatbot, voicebot, and AI-powered customer service capabilities. Working closely with business, IT, and external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering a modern, scalable customer experience platform.

Location: Full Remote – Portugal
Compensation: €45,000 – €56,000 gross/year plus perks, depending on experience and seniority level.
What you need
- 2–5 years of experience managing and evolving CCaaS or Contact Centre platforms
- Hands-on experience with Sprinklr or similar platforms (Genesys, NICE CXone, etc.)
- Experience configuring routing, automation rules, bots, queues, workspaces, and permissions
- Experience with IT projects, requirements gathering, and UAT management
- Ability to own platform strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operations
- Experience working with chatbot, voicebot, or AI-powered contact centre solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate platform data into improvement initiatives
- Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to have: Multi-module Sprinklr experience (Service, Social, Marketing, Insights, AI+ Studio), German or another Swiss national language, telecommunications experience, Agent Copilot, performance reporting.
