Job Title: Sprinklr Delivery Consultant Employment: Full time, Permanent Start Date: September/2026 Country: Bangalore, India – Remote Salary range: TBD Contact: Ashwini on: +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 33 About the Role You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Sprinklr solutions for enterprise clients, from initial requirement gathering through to system architecture, configuration, testing, and go-live. You will work closely with data engineering and AI teams to ensure the platform integrates seamlessly into the client’s broader technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead or support the technical implementation of Sprinklr modules (Social, Service, Marketing, Insights) for enterprise clients. Design and execute complex platform configurations, including rule engines, custom reporting, and user-governance models. Manage API integrations between Sprinklr and third-party enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, CDP, Data Lakes). Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve defects prior to production deployment. Create detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks for client handovers. Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within scope. Experience/Qualifications: 0 to 5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or systems integration. Fresh graduates must possess valid Sprinklr implementation or architecture certifications. Proven ability to configure complex SaaS platforms and understand relational data structures. Familiarity with API protocols (REST, JSON) and enterprise integration patterns. Strong project-management mindset and the ability to handle multiple client deliverables simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing delivery.
