One thing is sure: Exciting and interesting tasks await you! Coordinate technical service processes for sorting and reflash activities concerning customer quality topics. Drive process coordination and continuous improvement. Support the development and promote the use of digital tools. Provide back-office support to colleagues. Organize the logistics for quality returns to investigation points. Manage commercial registration processes and prepare corresponding reports. Contribute to the development of digital solutions for business process improvement and digitalization. Currently a student in an engineering department. Living in Bursa is a must Available for a minimum of 3 days per week. A keen interest in digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar. A proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and develop new skills. Curiosity and enthusiasm for data processing and analysis. Proficiency in MS Office programs. Interest in business intelligence, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence. Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
