Brookhaven reaches millions of players every day and continues to grow through constant updates and new content. 🌟 We’re looking for a Senior 3D Art Generalist to help lead asset production for Brookhaven while maintaining the quality, performance, and consistency that define the game’s visual identity. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Art Lead and game team to deliver high-impact assets, guide other artists, and help ensure that new content meets the visual and technical standards required for a live game at massive scale. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong artistic craftsmanship with technical understanding, and enjoys collaborating across teams to bring polished game content to players. 🤝 What You’ll Do Review work from other artists in assigned areas and drive iterations with clear, actionable feedback to meet the quality bar. Own end-to-end delivery of assigned 3D assets (housing, props, tools, environment, gameplay content, and SFX/VFX when required) from brief through integration. Coordinate with the Art Lead on assigned areas: align on direction, run reviews, and surface risks or ambiguity early. Assign and manage execution across Art Lead–designated content areas to ensure style consistency, performance budget compliance, and on-time delivery. Assess asset requests and design documentation before production flag pipeline or implementation considerations, escalate to Art Lead on risks. Partner with the game team to resolve art issues (visual bugs, polish, integration fixes) and keep assigned areas shippable. Use creativity and insight to add value to asset requests, ensuring alignment with art lead and game team goals. Who You Are Strong expertise in creating performant 3D assets within Roblox Studio, with a solid understanding of technical optimization best practices. Professional experience in a creative field (or equivalent freelance/owned project experience). Deep appreciation for Brookhaven’s existing art style, with the ability to execute consistently within that visual direction. Advanced 3D modeling skills, including clean topology, UV unwrapping, baking, and asset optimization for real-time gameplay. Proficiency in texturing workflows and material usage appropriate for Roblox pipelines. Experience bridging art and technical considerations, ensuring assets meet both visual and gameplay requirements. Portfolio showcasing high-quality environmental builds in Roblox, such as houses, map locations, event or collaboration spaces. Portfolio demonstrates strong technical art thinking, including performance-aware asset creation. Strong creative instincts with the ability to elevate assets while respecting established direction. Ability to work full-time. Must be 18 years of age or older. Nice to Have Experience with animation or rigging workflows. Substance Designer or advanced material workflows. UI/UX asset creation experience. VFX or SFX creation.
