Role Mission We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing North American team and lead influencer marketing campaigns for one of the world's fastest-growing sports-betting platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and managing creator campaigns that engage passionate sports communities, working with creators, analysts, and personalities across major sporting events and leagues. This is a key client-facing role, offering the opportunity to shape campaign strategy, build long-term partnerships, and help grow one of the most exciting accounts in the business. Key Responsibilities Act as the strategic lead for sports-focused client accounts, building trusted relationships and providing proactive recommendations that drive long-term success. Own influencer marketing campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, optimisation, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Develop creative campaign strategies, identifying the right athletes, creators, sports personalities, and content formats to achieve client objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery while identifying opportunities to grow existing client partnerships and expand accounts. Stay up to date with trends across sport, fitness, and creator culture, bringing fresh ideas and strategic insight to every campaign. Skills & Experience Previous experience in influencer marketing, account management, client services, or sports marketing. Proven experience managing end-to-end influencer or creator campaigns. Strong understanding of the sports landscape and digital creator ecosystem. Experience working with sports creators, publishers, athletes, or sports-focused communities is highly desirable. Interest in sports, prediction markets, Web3, crypto, or adjacent industries is a strong plus. Strong strategic thinking—you don't just execute campaigns, you help shape them. Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
