Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support accounting operations, payment processes, month-end closing, and ERP-related workflows in a fast-growing startup environment. Responsibilities Handle daily AP / AR operations and accounting entries. Support payment processing. Assist with monthly closing and account reconciliations. Support bank and corporate card reconciliations. Independently prepare Taiwan VAT filing data. Prepare and organize transaction data for U.S. multi-state sales tax filings. Support quarterly external accountant reviews and annual audit data preparation. Support ad hoc finance and operational projects. Requirements 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience. Familiar with ERP systems and accounting workflows. Solid Excel skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn. Able to work independently and follow up on tasks and communicate clearly with teammates. Preferred Experience Experience in startup, e-commerce, or high transaction volume environments. Hands-on experience with inventory valuation and COGS allocation. Prior experience in ERP implementation or accounting workflow optimization in a fast-paced environment. Why join?
