As a Sr Advanced Project Engr here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met. You will report directly to our leadership team and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on a hybrid work schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, schedules, and deliverables. Drive technical innovation and problem-solving to meet challenging aerospace engineering goals. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 5+ years of experience in aerospace project engineering or related systems engineering roles. 1 year of experience working inertial reference system development programs. WE VALUE Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, project management, and technical problem-solving. Proficiency with aerospace design and project management tools, and experience in driving complex engineering projects to completion. Experience with regulatory compliance and quality standards specific to aerospace industry. Advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale aerospace projects. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and emerging technologies. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Familiarity with the Commercial Navigation portfolio of IRU / AHRS / ADIRU products.
