Sr. Analyst, Finance (Marketing)

Partners with Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver P&L recommendations, support quarterly forecasting, period close, annual operating plans, KPI tracking, and enable better decisions through analysis. Accoutabilities: Present insights to leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations that support business strategy Produce monthly and quarterly financial packages for Marketing leadership and provide insightful analysis on P&L drivers for Brand teams. Assist with preparation of the Company’s annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts while communicating forward-looking guidance on risk and opportunities to business partners. Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to Senior Management. Key Metrics & Financial Targets: Monthly delivery of Marketing reporting package to inform decision making Meeting financial planning deliverables Own: Brand P&L Influence: Embedded with Marketing teams; advisor to Finance manager, brand leaders, & associates. Veto: Marketing Finance Manager Critical Relationships: Marketing, FP&A, Commercial finance team members Training and onboarding Skils Needed To Be Successful: 2-4 years of experience in a finance business partner role Relationship-building & influencing skills Strong organization, presentation, and communication skills Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions/processes Compensation: Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
