ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Analyst, Center of Excellence supports the development, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement of logistics processes and capabilities across APAC. You will partner with country/cluster Logistics teams, subject matter experts, other functional Centers of Excellence, and Global Logistics to ensure logistics processes, tools, standards, and policies are effectively implemented and consistently followed. You will help drive operational excellence through process governance, compliance, capability development, performance analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across Logistics. This is aligned with the APAC Logistics CoE mandate to improve logistics capabilities and implement globally defined policies, processes, and tools KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain Logistics SOPs, SOWs, Playbooks, and Standard Daily Work. Support process standardization and alignment across APAC Logistics. Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, and follow up on corrective actions. Coordinate onboarding, training, and capability-building activities. Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze Logistics performance and develop dashboards, trackers, and reports. Support implementation and adoption of regional/global Logistics tools and processes. Lead or support cross-functional projects and coordinate with Logistics SMEs and stakeholders. Prepare insights, recommendations, and updates for Logistics leadership. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields 3-5 years of work experience in Logistics or Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG/Consulting industry, 3-5 years of experience in dealing with optimization/automation projects Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Advanced MS Excel knowledge PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS Prior experience in network modeling tools, LEAN or process improvement is preferable Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running at the same time Good communication and Project Management skills Advance Power Apps, Power BI, and other Automation tools are highly preferred Job Requirements: Permanent, full-time employment Onsite work setup (M-F) ; 1 day remote per week after 3 months (4x office + 1 day remote/week) This role is not eligible for relocation Benefits & Culture: SC Johnson is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
