Sr Assoc, Accounts Payable

Key Requirements: 7–8 years overall experience, including 4–5 years in process‑focused roles working directly with data. Strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise, Experience with SAP MDG-S process design and governance. Experience integrating SAP MDG with ServiceNow and working across complex IT environments. Experience with large data handling, validation, and data quality management. Experience implementing standardized End‑to‑End (E2E) business processes and applying best‑practice MDM methodologies. Solid understanding of PTP (Procure‑to‑Pay) processes and related master data. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with structured issue‑resolution capability. Ability to translate business requirements into MDM/MDG process design and leverage metrics/KPIs for improvement opportunities. Customer‑service mindset with focus on quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. Broad systems/IT implementation experience (SAP, CRM) and comfort working with multiple stakeholders in complex business environments. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently and deliver high‑quality outputs. Experience designing robust data foundations in partnership with SMEs and key business stakeholders.
