Date Posted: 2026-08-11 Country: United States of America Location: OT325: NSP - BLOOMFIELD, CT 212 WEST NEWBERRY RD, BLOOMFIELD, CT, 06002 USA The Otis Americas Finance organization is seeking an individual to support Otis Service Center (OSC) by providing insightful analysis of the key metrics and financial results. You will be an integral part of the OSC Finance team where you will interface directly with OSC business operations including sub-regional and regional finance teams. Responsibilities : • Support the monthly forecasting and financial planning processes for the OSC business, including preparation of forecasts, outlooks, budget analyses, and variance reporting. • Analyze daily sales and margin performance, monitor key business trends, and communicate insights to finance and operational leadership to support timely decision-making. • Maintain and enhance recurring financial reporting processes, including sales reporting, open order analyses, MOD billings, and forecast submissions, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. • Partner with operations, project managers, and finance teams to track open projects, understand business drivers, and provide financial visibility into project performance and execution. • Perform detailed variance analysis on manufacturing, operational, and freight-related expenses, investigating significant fluctuations and identifying risks and opportunities. • Manage freight expense reporting and accrual analysis, providing accurate financial estimates and supporting month-end close activities. • Support guaranteed billing processes, including monthly reporting, accounting entries, and resolution of field inquiries related to billing activities. • Prepare and deliver financial commentary, business performance updates, and management reporting packages highlighting key financial and operational metrics. • Assist in the annual operating plan, budget development, and capital expenditure planning processes, including coordination with business partners and system uploads. • Support capital investment activities, including CAPEX proposal submissions, project tracking, and financial analysis of investment opportunities. • Develop and maintain analytical tools, financial models, and reporting solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and decision support for the business. • Coordinate quarterly and ad hoc financial analysis activities, including chargeback reporting, commodity requests, operational studies, and special projects as required. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, strengthen financial controls, and enhance overall business performance through data-driven insights. Experience /Qualifications • Must have strong communication skills with analytical skills as well as the ability to work in a high-performance, collaborative team environment • Experience in financial analysis, for both P&L and balance sheet, is preferred • Finance experience within Otis preferred • Must be comfortable navigating Microsoft Suite, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and JDE Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related business degree. Location / Work Arrangement: There is an opportunity for the position to be hybrid (office and remote). The successful candidate must be able to travel/commute to an office, as needed. The salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
