About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within applicant tracking systems and other HR tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at industry events and career fairs.
- Assist in developing onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
