Our Opportunity: We are looking for a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to expand and optimize cloud infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance while driving automation initiatives — including AI-assisted development workflows and tools such as Automation Anywhere. You will contribute to improving operational efficiency and enabling seamless cloud operations. Location :Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite) Who You’ll Report To: Engineering Manager / Cloud Operations Lead You Will Make an Impact By Being Responsible For: Managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP environments Ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems Handling deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting cloud-based applications Performing incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution Collaborating with DevOps and Engineering teams for CI/CD integration Maintaining system health checks, alerts, and monitoring dashboards Managing backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies Provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform, including writing reusable modules, managing state, and enforcing infrastructure-as-code best practices across environments Deploying, managing, and troubleshooting containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), including cluster management, resource optimization, and workload scaling Leveraging AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar) to accelerate scripting, automation, and infrastructure code delivery Documenting operational processes and system configurations You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have: 4–7 years of experience in Cloud Operations / IT Operations / DevOps Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Terraform (Required): Proven experience writing and maintaining Terraform configurations for cloud infrastructure provisioning; familiarity with remote state management, workspaces, and CI/CD-integrated Terraform pipelines Kubernetes & Docker (Required): Demonstrated experience containerizing applications with Docker and operating Kubernetes clusters in production — including Helm charts, namespaces, RBAC, autoscaling, and persistent storage AI-Led Development :Practical experience using AI coding assistants to write, review, or refactor infrastructure scripts and automation code; comfort evaluating AI-generated output for correctness and security before deployment Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions Familiarity with Linux/Windows administration Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field You Excel in These Key Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with attention to detail Effective stakeholder management Ready to Revolutionize Work?: This is an opportunity to work with a global, passionate team pioneering technology that’s redefining the way people work, everywhere.
