Senior Consultant – Remote - Canada
Primary Function
The Senior Consultant serves as the navigator and owner of the relocation process for domestic and international assignees. You will provide subject matter expertise in relation to all assignment related issues. Your responsibilities may include administration of relocation policy/program, counseling on best utilization of resources (i.e. language and cross-cultural); coordinating the shipment of household goods, destination services, expense management, etc. while ensuring customer and client needs are met in a timely, efficient manner through impeccable customer service.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
Assist Manager in managing caseloads and escalations , in addition to;
- Provide single point of coordination for all phases of assignment activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement. Provide impeccable customer service to assignee and his/her family.
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of Cartus core products and services to assigned customers according to prescribed Cartus and Client standards; manage vendors as dictated by Client policy.
- Counsel assignees as to the best utilization on program benefits
- Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and services in all interactions with customer
- Proactively seek opportunities to resolve unique customer concerns and needs; identify opportunities for enhancement to current processes.
- Interpret customer needs while balancing policy; proactively maintain communication with assignee and client throughout assignment life cycle
- Maintain compliance with Cartus corporate polices, programs, and standards and other duties as assigned; training, special projects, etc.
Qualifications/Selection Criteria
- Minimum of 3 years related business experience in corporate relocation required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Personal/professional expatriate experience a plus
- Strong, demonstrated, well-developed customer service skills
- Demonstrated analytical and process skills
- High level of accuracy and process orientation required
- Proven experience with portfolio management required
- Computer proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace preferred
