The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico: The Services Management team within the RTX Collaboration and Digital Workspace organization is looking for a Administrator/Data Analyst to provide support for product and software reporting and integrations of data to up\downstream support queues. What You Will Do Collect, analyze, and maintain data from multiple collaboration platforms to support operational and strategic decision-making Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics and recurring reports for leadership and cross-functional teams. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting resources Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis. Responsible for making minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of work area. Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using a variety of methods and tools. Travel 10% This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.
