Sr. Delivery Assurance and Expeditor Associate (3 Month Project)

The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do: Conduct delivery assurance activities remotely with identified suppliers and parts Conduct WIP and LOB reviews Update operations tracker of critical parts Create recovery action plan and hold suppliers accountable Liaise between suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders to improve overdue delivery dates Ensure timely and accurate stakeholder communication and escalation What You Will Bring: 5-7 years in an expeditor role or delivery assurance experience Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus Solid communication skills, organizational skills, and time management Experience utilizing SAP to track orders, line items, and delivery schedules Ability to manage and speak to stakeholders and give external teams feedback Proven track record of creating and maintaining relationships Familiarity with Aerospace industry and parts, or related engineering field Pay Range: $36.06/hour - $38.46/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
