Lead end-to-end product lifecycles from initial discovery and design to launch and value realization, ensuring data assets remain secure, governed, and scalable. Build and mentor high-performing teams by recruiting and coaching product managers and engineering units to foster a culture of continuous improvement and execution excellence. Align cross-functional stakeholders across leadership, architecture, and clinical operations to translate complex healthcare demands into actionable semantic models, APIs, and analytics. Optimize financial and strategic outcomes by managing product budgets, quantifying customer value, and establishing key performance results that advance enterprise goals. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking 3-5 years product management experience. 3-5 years software development life cycle experience. 10-15 years healthcare industry experience.
