The opportunity The Senior Enterprise Operations Optimization Delivery Lead drives the implementation of enterprise operational improvement initiatives. You will translate optimization insights into coordinated action by mobilizing cross-functional teams to address prioritized operational challenges and opportunities. Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Operations Optimization, you will partner with institutional leaders, operational teams, and technology stakeholders across the university to advance enterprise optimization initiatives identified through structured operational reviews and assessments. Operating with autonomy and judgment, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and execute operational improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen compliance and risk management, and improve technology enablement across the institution. You will ensures initiatives are coordinated effectively, dependencies are managed, and improvement efforts deliver measurable operational outcomes. You will work closely with Enterprise Operations Optimization Analyst to translate diagnostic insights into actionable initiatives and sustainable operational improvements. In this role you will: Lead cross-functional teams responsible for implementing enterprise operational improvement initiatives. Translate operational assessment findings into structured improvement plans and coordinated execution efforts. Partner with business leaders, process owners, and technology teams to prioritize and advance initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and enhance technology enablement. Manage and track a portfolio of enterprise optimization initiatives, ensuring progress, transparency, and alignment with institutional priorities. Facilitate collaboration across functional and organizational boundaries to resolve dependencies, remove barriers, and maintain initiative momentum. Establish clear implementation roadmaps, milestones, and success measures to ensure operational improvements deliver measurable outcomes. Communicate initiative progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership to support transparency and informed decision-making. Promote consistent operational improvement methodologies and help scale enterprise optimization practices across the institution. Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree and 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise operations, operational improvement, program leadership, consulting, or organizational transformation. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering operational improvements across large organizations. Experience managing enterprise-scale workstreams involving multiple stakeholders and organizational dependencies. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities. Experience translating strategic or analytical insights into coordinated operational execution. Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
