The Senior Finance Analyst, Corporate Treasury supports the company's global treasury activities, including foreign exchange (FX) risk management, intercompany funding, net investment hedging, banking relationships, and treasury systems. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and business teams to manage financial risks, optimize liquidity, and support strategic treasury initiatives. You will work out of the Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid schedule. Execute and manage FX hedging activities to mitigate currency risk Administer intercompany loan programs, including funding, settlements, and compliance Support net investment hedging strategies and related hedge accounting requirements Maintain relationships with banking partners and assist with cash management and banking services Support treasury management systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Support cash flows, liquidity positions, and financial exposures to support decision-making Prepare treasury reports, forecasts, and presentations for management Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements You Must Have At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance/Financial Risk Management or Corporate Accounting Experience with FX markets, hedging instruments, and treasury operations Experience with intercompany funding and banking relationships Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills Experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms preferred Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities We Value Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CFA, MBA, or similar credential Experience supporting hedge accounting and multinational treasury operations This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic global treasury function while gaining exposure to financial markets, risk management, and strategic financing activities In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
