About the Role Culmen International is hiring a Sr Financial Analyst to serve as the senior financial advisor supporting fund management, reporting, compliance, and financial operations. This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities. What You’ll Do in Your New Role Lead financial analysis and reporting initiatives. Support strategic financial planning. Analyze complex funding and reimbursement issues. Provide recommendations to leadership. Oversee financial compliance activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Ten (10) years of relevant experience. Experience with federal government. Strong Excel and financial reporting skills. Desired Qualifications Master's degree preferred.
